Dear User,
According to Article 57 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Right to Appeal), citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan have the right to appeal to state bodies in person, as well as to send individual and collective written appeals.
However, according to Article 3 of the Law “On Citizens’ Appeals,” a citizen can exercise their right to appeal through the following means:
Oral appeal – an appeal made during individual or collective receptions of citizens, during live television and radio programs with the participation of a representative of the entity considering the appeal, or through telephone appeal services.
