The Department of Public Opinion Research uses modern technology and new methods to conduct studies. It provides analytical materials on important social and economic issues.
Moreover, the department conducts sociological surveys, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews, employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
The department’s effectiveness is directly tied to the use of advanced technologies and techniques. In the last five years, over 100 sociological studies have been conducted using systems such as Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI), Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI), and Pen-and-Paper Personal Interviews (PAPI).
