BISR and SRC Sign MoU

On January 27, 2025, a meeting was held in Minsk between Oleg Makarov, Director of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research (BISR), and Zahid Oruj, Chairman of the Board of the Social Research Center (SRC). 

During the discussions, both parties emphasized their commitment to strengthening expert cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of social research. 

The meeting concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between BISR and SRC. 

The sides expressed interest in conducting thematic studies, organizing expert round tables and implementing joint projects.
