Participation Note:

The registration fee consists of 70 AZN for Azerbaijani nationals / 90 AZN for non-citizens

Registration for non-attending participants is free of charge.

Travel and accommodation costs of the participants will be covered independently.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Included in the registration fee:

1. Participation in all sessions in the Conference, including the keynote and panel sessions

2. The fee payment covers the paper publication (thesis, article) in the Conference Proceedings

3. Hardcopy of the Conference Proceedings

4. Award / Certificate of Participation

5. Conference bags and promo materials

6. Program and Proceedings: Preliminary Program, Final Program, and the Conference Proceedings

7. Lunch and banquet (at the Conference venue)

8. The registration fee does not include the accommodation and transportation expenses,

     nor the visa application fee (the visa must be processed independently by the participant via the official online portal / https://evisa.gov.az/en/)

Cultural program: The Participants who registered with the fee can enjoy a day tour outside Baku (a visit to Karabakh University in Khankandi city). The fee also covers the visit to Victory Park and the Monument in Baku, as well as other sightseeing.
