Kamala Javadova

Ms. Kamala Javadova graduated with honors from the Faculty of History at Baku State University (1981-1986).

She has held a number of positions in human resources management across a variety of sectors. These include Chief Inspector for Personnel at the Construction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan (1990-1996), HR Inspector at the Maarif Project Institute under the Ministry of Education (1996-2006), and HR Inspector at the Republic AIDS Prevention Center under the Ministry of Health (2006-2008). Additionally, she served as a consultant at the Baku International Multiculturalism Center (BIMC) from 2014 to 2019.

Moreover, Ms. Javadova is proficient in the SINAM Enterprise Resource Planning and Management System (SERP).

Currently, she serves as the Leading Advisor for Human Resources in the Finance, Administration, and Human Resources Department at the Social Research Center.
